He also provided support for all aspects of contracting and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA. Prior to joining GNYHA Ventures, he worked on corporate and securities matters as an associate at Mintz Levin for start-up and telecommunications companies, and Gordon Altman for clients that included Icahn Associates and Morgan Stanley.
